Folk-pop band, Little Anchor, originated over a long weekend in a cabin on the Columbia River Gorge as the solo project of Pacific Northwest native, Alexa Cabellon, in May 2009. Coming back home to New York, Alexa shared her new material with friends and old NYU classmates, guitarist Kendrick Lo and bassist Thomas White (Bartlebeats, Meat Children, Uncles), who believed in Alexa's new project.
