Oxtoby is an independent rock band formed in Liverpool, UK in 2009. The ever-changing lineup consists of Neil Oxtoby and friends. Neil was born in a remote Australian town. Growing up, Neil moved between the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland. It was in Brisbane (Queensland) where Neil honed his singing, songwriting and performance skills while studying for a Ph.D. in quantum physics.
