Gerard Quintana -- born in Girona (Catalonia) in 1964, now living in Eivissa -- was a leading singer of the pop-rock band Sopa de Cabra one of the most successful groups of modern Catalan rock music. He started a solo career after the dissolution of the group in 2003. In parallel he has recorded two works with Jordi Batiste featuring Bob Dylan.
