Originally Greenhouse Lounge was born out of a modern dub womb, incorporating reggae and skank grooves to a hook-laden pop sound. However, influenced by the rise of the progressive jam-electronica scene, McSweeney (bass) began to tweak his approach with methods of low-end modulation.
