Jadiid (jah-deed) is a band. They live in Chicago. “We started listening to Bill Withers, to Al Green, some Charles Wright, even some Slow Train Coming era Dylan. They kept getting these sounds that didn’t seem rushed or forced, yet energized with well worn color and rythym.
