Jeff Platz is a Boston area guitarist composer. Born and raised in the industrial suburbs of Cleveland Ohio. Platz began his musical career playing guitar in local Cleveland area punk rock bands in the late 70’s. Eventually he relocated to the East coast where he began studying jazz music, writing and composing for small groups and performing throughout New England.
