Norma Loy is a coldwave band formed in 1981 in Dijon, France. Norma Loy is an anagram of "Nom Royal" (Royal Name). Usher and Chelsea met in 1977. This marked the beginning of a close collaboration, influenced by the punk movement which lead them to produce several works.
