Over Stars and Gutters, formed in late 2007, are a melodic post-punk band from Norman, Oklahoma, which includes ex-members of Third Grade Scuffle, Waldo Young, and I Resign, as well as members of Legs Dead And Well. The band displays strong similarities to Jawbreaker, Hot Water Music, Polar Bear Club, and early Alkaline Trio.
