Sixpeopleaway is the musical project of Alistair Merrick (vocals/guitar) and Robert Hitchen (bass/backing vocals). Together they produce angular acoustic guitar and vocal-led songs with laptop-generated beats and sounds. After being named Your Sound Artist Of The Month in November 2006, sixpeopleaway released their self-titled debut EP in July 2007.
