STIAN SHIVER founded the Synth-Pop-Band “Strange Tears” in Dresden in 1996, for four years bringing out remarkable releases and staging outstanding concerts. After the band’s break-up in 2000 he worked on many projects in collaboration with musicians from among his friends and former band mates.
