Tallinn is the experimental project of Scott Whittaker, based in New York, NY. His debut release was Expatriate, released November 5, 2013. It was packaged with a 40-page paperback book with lyrics, glitch art, and the CD. He released his second album Special Economic Zone on cassette and digital on August 27, 2015 through Zoom Lens.
