Wouter de Moor was born in 1984 and grew up in Soest, the Netherlands. At the age of 15 he started mixing cd’s at the local hockey club and school party’s. After visiting one of Holland’s largest indoor parties, Impulz, Wouter was inspired to start spinning techno.
